I'm sitting under a happy cloud.

It's raining good things. I have so much to be thankful for.

Susan J Berger website
I have a new website for my children's books designed by the very talented Sarah Kaja.
https://www.susanjberger.org/
There is a tab for free stories. One day I hope to go in and illustrate them and make them into downloadable picture books. First I have to learn to illustrate. Or hire an illustrator.
My picture book Sunday Cat is coming out later this year.
Followed by My Sister Ella in late 2020 or early 2021.

Last week I wrapped on Joel Coen's Macbeth which will hopefully hit actual theatres in 2021. The Tragedy of Macbeth stars Frances McDormand as Lady Macbeth and Denzel Washington as Macbeth. Working on it was a magical experience. I loved everyone on the cast and crew and I am so glad that we were able to finish the film with COVID precautions. I can show costumes, But here's my wig before dressing (Note shaved forehead.) Wig dressed and what I look like one the way home with spirit gummed hair and my KN95 mask. Everyone was masked when not performing. It's weird seeing marvellously dressed and wigged performers all wearing kN95 masks in a medieval banquet hall. I wish I had a picture of that.

A movie I did in 2018, Looks That Kill came out in June.
Due to COVID, it released to Amazon Prime and other streaming services.

Another movie I am in, Kazillionare releases in September.
Where? I don't know. But I've seen the preview and it's delightful.

I wish you good books to read and joyful moments in every day. Stay safe and avoid the news. I find I am much saner when I only check the headlines once a day. And when I get outside and walk.
